Wiko Privacy Policy

1. What You Need to Know First

Wiko Team cares about keeping your personal info safe. This Policy explains exactly how we handle your data when you use Wiko—so you know what we do, and how to control it. By using Wiko (downloading, signing up, or using its features), you agree to the steps we outline here.

2. What Data We Collect (and Why)

We only gather data that helps make Wiko work better for you—no extra, unnecessary info. Here’s what we collect:

2.1 Data You Share On Purpose

These are details you choose to give us when using Wiko:

· Account basics: Your full name, a unique username, and email address. We need these to set up your account, let you log in, and manage your access.

· Your preferences: How you set up notifications (e.g., turn off app alerts), privacy settings (e.g., hide your activity), and content picks (e.g., favorite tools). This helps us tailor Wiko to how you use it.

· Help-related info: When you contact support (e.g., report a bug), you might send descriptions, screenshots, or messages. We use this to fix your issue fast.

2.2 Data We Gather Automatically

We collect these details without you having to do anything extra—they help keep Wiko running smoothly:

· Device info: What kind of device you use (e.g., iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24), its operating system (e.g., iOS 18, Android 15), hardware specs (e.g., how much storage it has), and a unique ID for your device. This makes sure Wiko works well on your phone/tablet.

· Location data (if you say yes): If you let Wiko use your location, we might get either a rough idea (from your internet IP address) or exact location (from GPS/Wi-Fi). This is only for features that need it (e.g., showing local content). You can turn this off anytime in your device’s settings.

· How you use Wiko: Which features you click on (e.g., editing tools), how long you use Wiko each time, and if the app crashes or has errors. This helps us fix bugs and build new features you’ll actually use.

2.3 Small Tools That Track Usage

We use simple tools to make your experience smoother:

· Cookies: Tiny files stored on your device that remember your login info and preferences (so you don’t have to sign in every time).

· Web beacons: Small, invisible icons that count how many people use a feature or open a Wiko update email (if we send one).

You can control these tools through your browser or device settings. But if you turn off important ones (like cookies for login), some parts of Wiko might not work right.

3. How We Use Your Data

We never sell, rent, or give away your data to companies for marketing. Here’s what we do use it for:

· Keep Wiko working: Set up your account, let you use features, and fix basic issues (like login problems).

· Make Wiko yours: Show you features you’ll like (e.g., if you use the crop tool a lot, we might highlight related editing tools).

· Improve Wiko: Fix slow parts, fix bugs (like crashes), and add new tools (based on what users actually need).

· Keep your account safe: Stop someone else from accessing your account (e.g., flag weird login attempts) and prevent fraud.

· Help you when you need it: Use the info you sent to support to answer your questions or fix problems.

· Follow the rules: If a law or court asks for data (e.g., a subpoena), we’ll provide it—but only when we have to.

4. Wiko – Photo & Face Data Policy

· No Biometric or Facial Recognition Collection
Wiko does not collect, store, or process any biometric identifiers. The app does not perform facial recognition, map facial features for identification, or create personal profiles from your photos.

· Purpose of AI Outfit Transformation
Uploaded images are used solely for generating AI-powered outfit previews. Facial areas are processed only to ensure that the resulting outfit images look natural and aligned with the subject. Wiko does not use your photos for identification, profiling, or any biometric analysis.

· Temporary Processing & Data Handling
All AI computations happen locally within the app. Any temporary data generated during outfit transformation is automatically deleted after processing. Wiko does not transmit or share your photos or facial information with any third parties.

· Local Storage & User Control
Both the original and AI-generated images are saved exclusively on the user’s device. Users have full control to view, save, or permanently delete any image. When a photo is deleted, all associated data is completely removed from the device.

5. How We Keep Your Data Safe

We take steps to protect your info from being stolen, lost, or misused:

· Encryption: Sensitive data (like your password) is scrambled when it’s sent to our servers and when we store it. Even if someone tried to get it, they couldn’t read it.

· Limited access: Only Wiko Team members who need your data (e.g., support staff) can see it—and they have to keep it secret. We also make sure any companies we work with (like cloud storage providers) follow the same rules.

· Regular checks: We test our security systems often to find and fix weak spots (e.g., update firewalls to block hacks).

· Backups: We save copies of your data safely, so if something goes wrong (like a server issue), we can get it back without losing your info.

Your part: Use a strong password (mix letters, numbers, and symbols) and don’t share your login with anyone. If you use Wiko on a public device (like a library computer), log out when you’re done.

6. When We Share Your Data (Rarely!)

We almost never share your data with others. But here are the few times we might:

· If you say yes: We’ll only share your data with another company if you tell us to (e.g., link Wiko to a photo storage app).

· With trusted helpers: We work with small teams to do things like store data (cloud services) or analyze how people use Wiko (analytics tools). These teams can only use your data to help us—they can’t use it for anything else.

· Because the law says so: If a court, police, or government agency asks for your data (with a legal order), we have to provide it.

· To protect Wiko or you: If someone is misusing Wiko (e.g., hacking accounts) or putting users at risk, we might share data to stop them.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We don’t keep your data forever—only as long as we need it:

· Account data: We keep it while your account is active. If you delete your account, we’ll erase or anonymize your data within a few weeks (unless we have to keep it for legal reasons, like tax records).

· Usage/preference data: We keep it for 12 months after you last use Wiko. After that, we delete it or make it unidentifiable (so no one can link it to you).

· Support data: We keep it for 6 months after we fix your issue—just in case you have follow-up questions.

8. Rules for Kids Under 17

Wiko isn’t made for kids under 17. We don’t try to collect their data, and if we accidentally do (e.g., a kid signs up by mistake), we’ll delete it right away.

Parents/guardians: If you think your kid under 17 used Wiko and shared info, email us (details below) and we’ll erase their data. We might ask for proof you’re their parent/guardian first.

9. Your Rights (And How to Use Them)

You have control over your data. Here’s what you can do:

· See your data: Ask for a copy of what we have stored about you (e.g., your account info, usage history).

· Fix mistakes: If your data is wrong (e.g., a typo in your name), ask us to correct it.

· Delete your data: Tell us to erase your info (unless we have to keep it for legal reasons).

· Pause data use: If you disagree with how we’re using your data (e.g., you think it’s inaccurate), ask us to stop using it temporarily.

· Change your mind: If you previously said yes to us using your data (e.g., location), you can take that consent back anytime.

· Control notifications: Turn off non-essential messages (e.g., marketing emails) through Wiko’s settings.

To do any of this: Email us at mqighozzze5044@163.com with your request. We’ll ask for a little info (like your username) to make sure it’s really you, and get back to you within 30 days.

10. If We Update This Policy

We might change this Policy sometimes—for example, if laws change or we add new features to Wiko. Here’s how we’ll tell you:

· Small changes (e.g., fixing a typo): We’ll post the new version on Wiko (or our website, if we have one) with the new “Last Updated” date.

· Big changes (e.g., collecting new data): We’ll send you a notice—either a pop-up in Wiko or an email to your registered address—at least 10 days before the change starts. If you keep using Wiko after that, it means you agree to the new Policy.

We recommend checking this Policy every few months to stay in the loop.

11. How to Contact Us

If you have questions, concerns, or want to use your rights (from Section 8), email us at:
